Garrett Rothman's Profile

Garrett Rothman is President of RSR Realtors and has been a real estate broker and agent for over twenty years. He has completed over 1,500 commercial and residential real estate transactions and is consistently ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents in Central PA. Garrett is also a licensed attorney and prior to his career in real estate was an associate at McNees, Wallace and Nurick and a judicial law clerk in the District of Columbia Superior Court.

 

Garrett is regularly engaged as a mediator in real estate disputes and has testified as an expert witness in trial matters related to real estate and brokerage throughout Pennsylvania. He is Chair of the Professional Standards Committee of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors where he conducts hearings on ethical complaints and fee disputes involving consumers and real estate licensees. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Penn State Dickinson Law School, where he teaches a course on negotiation and mediation.

 

Garrett was a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Poland from 1995 to 1997, where he worked at the Jagiellonian University Human Rights Centre in Krakow. He was instrumental in establishing the first university-based legal aid clinic in Eastern Europe at Jagiellonian University Law School, where he worked as Development Director in 1998.

Garrett graduated from Catholic University Law School and Penn State University.

Garrett lives with his family in Hampden Township, PA and enjoys playing music.
