Dustin joined RSR in early 2025 after moving to Central PA in 2021 to focus on a career in Healthcare. Prior to his move, Dustin was working in Commercial Real Estate in Philadelphia while building a business in International Restaurant Consulting. Focusing on concept creation and small business development, Dustin worked with overseas restaurant operators to expand their footprint and create compound growth through unique methods of concept cross-utilization.

His previous work now translates into Real Estate with the purpose to help his clients  GROW. Whether it is through their first time home buying experience, small business acquisitions, building an investment portfolio, homeowner sales, relocation, or upsizing; Dustin’s goal is to help you actualize your next chapter.  

When he is not selling Real Estate, Dustin spends most of his time with his Great Dane, Evie, pursuing personal fitness goals in the gym, and perfecting his cocktail skills & knowledge.
