Bobbie Van Buskirk's Profile

Bobbie is a lifelong resident of Central Pennsylvania with over 30 years of dedication and expertise in real estate, construction, and development. Although she has successfully worked on several large real estate transactions, one of her greatest joys is assisting first-time homebuyers in finding their first homes. As a mother of two grown sons, she understands the pride that comes with making such a significant purchase.

Her unwavering commitment to the community is evident through her service on various boards and committees, including the Midwest Food Bank, the Panther Ram Foundation, NutriPacks, the TFEC – Women’s and Girls Fund, the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg, and the National Association of Women in Construction. She currently serves as President of the Kiwanis Club of Harrisburg. With hundreds of volunteer hours dedicated to supporting local families, advancing women in the construction industry, and enhancing service-driven initiatives, Bobbie’s contributions are truly transformative.

She is also Director of Business Development for A.P. Williams, Inc., Mainline Excavating, Inc., Williams Site Civil, LLC, and Williams Development Partners, LLC, Bobbie leads marketing initiatives and fosters strategic relationships with stakeholders across the region.

Bobbie's impact goes beyond business development. As Facility Director for Williams Development Partners, she expertly manages a diverse portfolio that includes medical offices, surgical centers, commercial offices, retail centers, homeowners associations (HOAs), and warehouse facilities. Her commitment to ensuring safety, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction is evident in her hands-on management style and her immediate responsiveness to tenant needs. She takes pride in building and nurturing strong relationships with her tenants, strategically navigating complex challenges.

Bobbie has been recognized as the Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Metro Harrisburg, Outstanding Women in Construction by the American Subcontractors Association of Central PA, and has been named to the YWCA Women in Excellence Class of 2026.

In addition to her professional and volunteer efforts, Bobbie is continually enhancing her ability to serve clients and community members in Central Pennsylvania. Her passion for community building, whether through her development career or her volunteer work, underscores her belief that fostering a strong and united community is one of the most important achievements.
